Home & You Ginkanne's Painting

The Ginkanne painting is a large, vertical wall decoration measuring 80x120 cm. Its eye-catching golden ginkgo leaves cascade over a deep, navy blue background. Its shimmering gilded finish brings the painting to life in changing light, making it a natural focal point in any interior.

Material and benefits

The polyester canvas is stretched over a 3.5 cm deep fir wood frame, giving Ginkanne a solid, ready-to-hang look straight out of the box. The wooden frame lends a light feel to the piece while also ensuring stability and proper canvas tension. A glossy gilded finish highlights the details of the motif and adds a touch of expressiveness to the painting.

Design and style

A motif of fan-shaped ginkgo leaves in shades of gold , yellow, and creamy brown contrasts with a deep, navy-turquoise background, which features subtle shimmering and small splashes of blue, copper, and turquoise. The textured background, with its visible strokes and irregularities, gives the composition an artistic, almost painterly character. Ginkanne's painting perfectly fits the glamour and art deco aesthetic, but it also works well in modern interiors seeking a strong pop of color. Its vertical format and generous dimensions make it ideal above a living room sofa, by a bedroom bed, or in a formal hallway. The painting also makes a thoughtful gift for someone who appreciates unconventional decorations.
